Owner & Master Colorist
With over 25 years in the industry, Leyla is the proud owner of Watercolor Salon and a certified Goldwell Color Master. She’s trained at the prestigious Goldwell Academies in NYC and L.A., and honed her skills in color and razor cutting at Bumble and Bumble University. Specializing in lived-in color and Agave permanent straightening, Leyla is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. She feels grateful every day to thrive in a career she truly loves.
Margie Casanas
Senior Stylist
With over 30 years of experience, Margie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every service. She’s trained with some of the industry’s top educators, including classic and advanced cutting at Toni & Guy Academy in Dallas, Vidal Sassoon in Toronto and Miami, Frederick Fekkai at the L’Oréal Institute in New York, and updo styling with Oscar Blandi at the Goldwell Academy in Baltimore. Margie is inspired daily by the Watercolor team and its wonderful clientele, and she truly loves what she does.
Jen Key
Master Stylist & Colorist
With over 20 years of experience, Jen is a Goldwell Color Master with advanced training from Boston to NYC, including Bumble and Bumble, Rusk Cutting, and Goldwell Color Trends. She’s also certified in Brazilian Blowout. Jen believes it’s a beautiful thing when passion and career align. Known for her creativity, care, and fun personality, she specializes in balayage and customized fashion color to help clients achieve their ultimate hair goals
Melissa Slattery
Master Stylist & Colorist
Melissa is a Tony & Guy graduate with over 20 years of experience behind the chair. A certified Goldwell Color Master, she’s trained at Goldwell Academies in NYC and L.A., as well as Bumble and Bumble University. Melissa is also certified in Brazilian Blowout and specializes in precision cutting and color. Known for her warm, upbeat personality, she loves making clients feel beautiful and confident
